License Agreement

PPT Design templates, color palettes, and themes can be used for both personal and commercial purposes, for yourself or on behalf of a client, on their own or as part of new work. This license is granted to the individual account holder only.

1. License Grant

When you download an asset from PPT Design (template, color palette, or theme), you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use that asset subject to the terms below. This license is valid for the duration of your active subscription or, for lifetime plans, for the lifetime of the Service.

Each license is granted to a single user. If multiple people in your organization need to use PPT Design assets, each person requires their own account and subscription.

2. What You Can Do

You are permitted to use PPT Design assets in the following ways:

Allowed Uses

  • Use in personal and commercial presentations
  • Use in client work and deliverables
  • Modify, customize, and adapt designs to fit your needs
  • Use in educational materials and training decks
  • Use in internal company documents and reports
  • Include in pitch decks, proposals, and sales materials
  • Combine with other content to create new works

Restricted Uses

  • Redistribute or resell templates as standalone files
  • Share your account or login credentials with others
  • Upload assets to competing template marketplaces
  • Claim ownership of original PPT Design assets
  • Use in products intended for resale as templates
  • Use assets after your subscription has expired or been revoked
  • Remove or alter watermarks on free-tier previews

3. Stock Photos & Third-Party Assets

Stock photographs, images, and other media shown in template previews are used for demonstration purposes only and are not included in your download. You are responsible for sourcing your own imagery or using the stock image search feature within our add-ins.

4. Software Compatibility

PPT Design templates are primarily designed for Microsoft PowerPoint and Google Slides. Some templates use advanced features (native charts, 3D models, morph transitions) that may not render identically in all presentation applications. Keynote compatibility is limited for templates that rely on PowerPoint-native features.

We recommend previewing templates in your target application before using them in critical presentations.

5. Enterprise & Team Licenses

Enterprise plans extend the standard license to cover multiple seats within a single organization. Each seat is assigned to an individual user. Enterprise licensing terms, including volume discounts and custom branding rights, are detailed in your enterprise agreement.

6. License Termination

Your license to use PPT Design assets remains in effect for as long as your subscription is active. Upon cancellation, expiration, or termination of your account:

  • You may continue to use assets already incorporated into completed projects
  • You may not download new assets or access the add-in features
  • If your account is terminated for violations, all license rights are immediately revoked
