These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and PPT-DESIGN LTD ("PPT Design", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales.
These Terms govern your access to and use of the PPT Design website at ppt-design.com, our PowerPoint Add-in, Google Slides Add-on, and all related services, content, and features (collectively, the "Service").
PPT Design provides a subscription-based platform offering professionally designed presentation templates, infographic slides, color palettes, themes, and productivity tools delivered through our website and office add-ins.
The Service is provided "as is" and may be subject to scheduled maintenance, updates, or occasional downtime. We make commercially reasonable efforts to ensure high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
To access premium features, you must create an account by providing accurate information including your name, email address, and a secure password. You are solely responsible for:

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) or as a one-time lifetime purchase. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method at the start of each billing cycle.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the end of the current billing period. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your paid period — you retain access until then.
Free trials: If your plan includes a 7-day free trial, you will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin and your payment method will be charged.
Because PPT Design delivers digital goods that are immediately accessible upon purchase or download, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. We provide a free tier and a 7-day trial so you can evaluate the Service before committing.
If you experience genuine technical issues that prevent you from using the Service, please contact our support team and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank or PayPal will result in the immediate and permanent suspension of your account, without the right to regain access. If a refund is issued for any reason, your license to use all downloaded content is permanently revoked.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. You shall not:
All templates, designs, code, trademarks, and content on the Service are owned by PPT-DESIGN LTD or its licensors and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the assets — it does not transfer ownership.
Stock photos shown in template previews are for demonstration purposes only and are not included with downloads. Some templates may use features native to Microsoft PowerPoint that are not fully compatible with Keynote or Google Slides.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PPT Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
Lifetime access means access for the lifetime of the Service. If PPT-DESIGN LTD ceases operations, lifetime access ends. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice in such circumstances.
Prices for our plans and services may change at any time. Price changes do not affect existing active subscriptions during their current billing cycle. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at our discretion.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
